| Patrick Trustram Eve Position: Director Mr. Trustram Eve worked at Anglo American Corporation as an analyst, involved in operational and project finance at various locations in Chile and Colombia between 1996 and 1999. He then co-founded ITC Ventures in 2000, a Venture Capital Fund, with a focus on seed capital and distressed company turnaround investments in Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Mr. Trustram Eve was Chief Operating Officer of ITC Ventures and took operational roles and directorships in several of the investments. He is currently based in London where he consults on venture capital opportunities and is Managing Director of TranslateMedia, a language services provider founded in 2005.
