| Mark Monaghan Position: Advisor Mr. Monaghan has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience with Canadian investment banking firms and public companies. Mr. Monaghan currently serves as a consultant to companies and financial institutions in corporate development and merchant banking. Most recently he held the position of President, Quest Securities Corporation, where he acted as financial advisor, raising equity capital for resource companies. Mr. Monaghan currently sits on the board of directors of several public companies and on the advisory committee of Forsys Metals Corp. Mr. Monaghan holds a B.A. in Economics from Queen's University and a B.Comm. from the University of Windsor. | |
