| Anthony Allen Position: Advisor Mr. Allen is a partner at Terrasearch Inc., a US-based consulting company (related by virtue of a Director in common with Reservoir), which provides investment analysis and financial services to resource and energy companies. Mr. Allen's primary focus within Terrasearch is the renewable energy sector. Prior to joining Terrasearch in 2007, Mr. Allen spent 20 years as a consultant/project manager to environmental remediation, brownfield redevelopment and energy related projects in North America.
