Miles F. Thompson Chairman Mr. Thompson is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Lara Exploration Ltd., a mineral exploration company working in Brazil and Peru, the common shares of which are listed on the Exchange. Mr. Thompson has been involved in mineral exploration for twenty years as a project generator, consultant and manager for both large and small companies. Mr. Thompson worked as a contractor to Lac Minerals Ltd. and then Barrick Gold Corporation between 1993 and 1996 and subsequently worked with Mineral Resources Development Inc. (now a wholly owned subsidiary of AMEC plc) on the privatization of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD) in 1996. From 1997 to 1998 he was the Brazil representative for Newcrest and in 1999 became the Brazil representative for Gold Fields Limited. Mr. Thompson joined Gold Fields Limited as an employee in 2000 initially as Senior Geologist then later Manager Business Development, in which role he initiated the acquisitions of the Cerro Corona copper-gold deposit in Peru and the Bolivar Gold assets in Venezuela. Based in Johannesburg (2004) and Oxford (2005) he worked on joint ventures and acquisitions in Africa, Canada, Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Michael D. Winn Director Mr. Winn is currently President of Terrasearch Inc., a private consulting company that provides analysis on mining and energy companies. Prior to forming his own company in 1997, Mr. Winn spent four years as an analyst for a Southern California based brokerage firm where he was responsible for the evaluation of emerging oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992. Mr. Winn is a director of Quest (TSX: QC) as well as a director of several mining companies that are involved in mineral exploration in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn has completed graduate course work in accounting and finance and received a B.S. in geology from the University of Southern California. |

Patrick Trustram Eve Director Mr. Trustram Eve worked at Anglo American Corporation as an analyst, involved in operational and project finance at various locations in Chile and Colombia between 1996 and 1999. He then co-founded ITC Ventures in 2000, a Venture Capital Fund, with a focus on seed capital and distressed company turnaround investments in Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Mr. Trustram Eve was Chief Operating Officer of ITC Ventures and took operational roles and directorships in several of the investments. He is currently based in London where he consults on venture capital opportunities and is Managing Director of TranslateMedia, a language services provider founded in 2005. Mr. Trustram Eve holds a masters degree in modern languages from Edinburgh University. |

Winston Bennett Director Mr. Bennett is the Vice-President and Director of Helios Energy Inc. ("Helios"), a developer of large-scale solar energy systems based in Toronto. His primary responsibilities at Helios include corporate and project finance and strategic development. Prior to joining the management and ownership team at Helios, Mr. Bennett was the Vice-President of Banking at one of Canada's leading independent investment dealers. In this role, Mr. Bennett was involved in public and private equity transactions, structuring corporate and project debt offerings and negotiating mergers and acquisitions. Lewis Reford Director Mr. Reford is a veteran energy industry and finance professional with experience in Canada, the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Reford serves as Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Power Inc., the wind and solar project development division of Quantum Technologies, a U.S. based alternative energy solutions company. Prior to this appointment in 2009, Mr. Reford provided corporate investment consulting services in the renewable energy area. In 2006-2007, he served as president and chief executive officer of MGI Securities, a full-service Canadian brokerage firm and was a Managing Director with J.P. Morgan Securities in New York and Toronto from 1998 to 2005. Prior to his career in investment banking, Mr. Reford worked as a corporate development executive for Total S.A., the Paris-based energy multinational. Mr. Reford currently serves on the Board of Directors of Gazit America (TSX: GAA) and Caldera Geothermal (unlisted). At the community level, Mr. Reford is President of the Rosedale-Moore Park Association and serves on the board of Toronto's Sony Centre for the Performing Arts. Michael Brown Director Mr. Brown is currently Vice President of Energy at Kinross Gold Corporation. He was previously Business Development Manager at Pacific Hydro. At Pacific Hydro he opened the company's offices in Chile 2002 and led the acquisition of two run of river hydroelectric projects, water rights for 600MW of hydro development, and led the development and non-recourse project financing of the 155MW La Higuera and 150MW La Confluencia run-of-river hydroelectric projects. He also registered La Higuera as a CDM project under the Kyoto Protocol, the largest hydroelectric project ever registered at the time, and the first one in Chile. Prior to this he worked as a Senior Project Geologist for companies such as Phelps Dodge, Rio Tinto and Homestake. He has an MBA from the University of Melbourne and a double Science (Hons-Geology) and Arts Degree from the University of Melbourne. |

Miljana Vidovic President and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Vidovic is a co-founder and principal of Pinetree Exploration Ltd. and of Renewable Energy Ventures (BVI) Ltd. which are focused on the acquisition of mining and renewable energy concessions in Serbia. Ms. Vidovic worked as the Serbian Representative for Gold Fields International on the Crni Vrh Copper-Gold Concession Tenders between 2004 and early 2006. From 1999 through mid-2006, she was Business Development Manager for Tractebel (Indo Suez Group), involved in the identification of acquisition targets, tender process coordination and government relations in South Eastern Europe. Aleksandar Obrenovic Managing Director SEE Serbia Mr Obrenovic has been involved with precious and base metals exploration for over seventeen years. Prior to joining Reservoir Capital Corp. he use to be a principal geologist of Company for mineral resources SEE, member of Eurasian Minerals Inc. (TSX: EMX.V). Since June 2006. he was appointed managing director of Company for mineral resources SEE - Serbia. Before that Mr. Obrenovic spent twelve years, working in Serbian National Geological Institute "Geoinstitut" Beograd, participating in several international and Serbia in-country mineral exploration projects and scientific studies. Mr. Obrenovic was a member of the editorial board and technical editor of several special geological publications and university textbooks. Simon Ingram Advisor Dr. Ingram is the founder and principal of Ankobra Resource Services Ltd., through which he provides technical and managerial expertise to exploration and mining companies world-wide, throughout the project cycle from early-stage exploration projects to feasibility studies, mine start up and production. Recent projects include project management for the start up of Sungun Copper Project in Iran for Rio Tinto. Dr. Ingram consulted to the Deno Kapan polymetallic mine in Armenia recalculating and upgrading resources and reserves, helped secure a US$5m loan from the EBRD and worked on the subsequent sale of mine for 10x uplift on original investment in four years. Dr. Ingram acted as a consultant to AIM-listed Cluff Gold, undertaking resource calculations, competent persons reports, exploration development planning and presentation to institutional investors.
