| Miljana Vidovic Position: President and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Vidovic is a co-founder and principal of Pinetree Exploration Ltd. and of Renewable Energy Ventures (BVI) Ltd. which are focused on the acquisition of mining and renewable energy concessions in Serbia. Ms. Vidovic worked as the Serbian Representative for Gold Fields International on the Crni Vrh Copper-Gold Concession Tenders between 2004 and early 2006. From 1999 through mid-2006, she was Business Development Manager for Tractebel (Indo Suez Group), involved in the identification of acquisition targets, tender process coordination and government relations in South Eastern Europe. Ms. Vidovic holds a diploma in International Economics and Foreign Trade from European University in Geneva, Switzerland and a diploma in business administration from the Belgrade Economics University. | |
