| March 31, 2009 TSX-V: REO NEWS RELEASE Corporate Update Appointments Reservoir Capital Corp. ("Reservoir" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nenad Radoja to the position of Vice President. Mr. Radoja joins the Company after ten years in a series of positions of increasing responsibility with US Steel Corporation, most recently as Director of Steel Making at US Steel's Smederevo Works in Serbia. Mr. Radoja was born in Chicago, Illinois and received a Bachelor's Degree in History from Purdue University and a Master's Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Reservoir is also pleased to announce that it has retained Mr. Anthony Allen as an advisor to the Company. Mr. Allen is a partner at Terrasearch Inc., a US-based consulting company (related by virtue of a Director in common with Reservoir), which provides investment analysis and financial services to resource and energy companies. Mr. Allen's primary focus within Terrasearch is the renewable energy sector. Prior to joining Terrasearch in 2007, Mr. Allen spent 20 years as a consultant/project manager to environmental remediation, brownfield redevelopment and energy related projects in North America. Mr. Allen has a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. The Company also announces that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, 75,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $0.35 per share for a period of five years have been granted to Mr. Radoja and Mr. Allen.
